Emily Lucke, Certified General Appraiser
Emily and her husband relocated to Wyoming from Ohio in 2013. She obtained her Certified General Appraisal permit in 2016. Emily is certified in multiple states, including Wyoming, Idaho and Colorado. Prior to appraising, Emily had worked in the banking industry for over ten years (including positions such as Loan Officer, Underwriter and Processor). She and her family LOVE the Wyoming lifestyle! Over the years, she has had the opportunity to explore much of the state, while learning more about the different market areas and building connections. Brittany Flitner, Appraiser Trainee
Brittany is a Wyoming native, born and raised in the Big Horn Basin on her family's farm. It was on the farm that she gained a love and appreciation for agriculture. She received a degree in Petroleum Engineering and Finance from the University of Wyoming in 2018. After working for an oil and gas company out of college she decided to get back into agriculture and started pursuing a Certified General Appraisal permit focusing on Farm and Ranch Appraisals. She and her husband currently live and work on his family’s ranch in Shell, WY. Brittany is excited to service customers across the state!
Douglas Macdonald, Appraiser Trainee
Douglas moved to Wyoming in 2023. He grew up in Wisconsin and worked on dairy farms and Black Angus Beef farms growing up. He served in the United States Marine Corps for 7 years. After his military service, he earned his Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Science from the American Military University. He also works as a home inspector in Wyoming. Douglas is determined to bring his strong work ethic to help clients around the state!
